Magnesium, the "The Forgotton Mineral" - Vital for bone health

Parents has been long emphasize on feeding their children with calcium rich food like milk for optimal bone health. However, magnesium may be just as important according to Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) ! Magnesium has been called as "The forgotten mineral" or 5 cents miracle table by researchers.  Magnesium is necessary in over 325 enzyme system in the body that control thousands of chemical interaction. 

Calcium can not work alone for bone health. It need to work together with Calcium. Without magnesium, the body cannot:
